This means that the insurance portion of your treatment may be paid directly to the clinic, with any remaining balance due at the time of your visit.

If your plan does not allow assignment, payment in full is required at the time services are provided. In these cases, reimbursement is issued directly to you by your insurance provider according to your plan.
